Dat was de 4e of 5e keer dat ik een bestelauto bij Adriaanse huur. Zoals altijd was de ophalen en terugbrengen snel en makkelijk. Prijzen zijn goed en alles is duidelijk vastgelegd.
Adriaanse is mijn number 1 keuze voor bestelauto huren.

Faulty Parking Brake leading to Car moving after parked and tail light damage

I rented a Mercedes Vito from them and the parking brake was not working, I parked the van on a slight slope and put up the parking brakes the car rolled behind and hit the charging pole behind. They ofcourse did not accept their Van was not 100 percent upto the mark and send an invoice of 350 for a small dent and 120 euros for a Broken brake light. I agreed to pay the brake light cost but 350 euros for a small dent was not justified at alll. Not recommended at all

The parking brakes of our Mercedes Vito’s are operated by a footpedal. Similar to a handbrake, it’s important to fully apply the parking brake before leaving the vehicle.

In this case, the footbrake should be put down all the way to the bottom of the floor, just like a normal handbrake that you pull up all the way.

Ofcourse, after your complaint, we doublechecked the footbrake and it works just fine, which leaves us to believe the parking brake was not applied correctly.

As stated on our rental agreement and explained to you when picking up our Mercedes Vito, when damage is made with or to one of our vehicles there is a deductible that will be applied.

I fully understand your frustration, as any damage is always unfortunate for all parties involved.

Alles verliep uitstekend

Voldeed aan de eisen waarvoor ik hem nodig had.

Mercedes Sprinter verhoogd en verlengt om 07:15 uur op zaterdag al kunnen ophalen. Bus zag er netjes en schoon uit. Zat cruise control in wat ik zelf heerlijk rijden vindt. Helaas niet standaard navigatie in de bus wat wenselijk zou zijn.
